Tripcat strictly adheres to the cancellation policy mentioned for the respective trip. Regardless of the reason, all cancellations will follow the policy stated.

One-Day Trip Cancellation Policy
For One-Day Trips, the policy is strict due to fast execution and pre-booking arrangements.
📌 No refund, no rescheduling, and no adjustments on cancellation
📌 Applies to any cancellation timeframe - even 7 days prior
📌 100% cancellation charges apply in all cases
Multi-Day Trip Cancellation by Traveller
Time of Cancellation & Refund Policy
Within 48 hours of departure
❌ No refund & no rescheduling
Before 48 hours of departure
✔ 50% amount refunded or adjusted
Note: For festival trips, long weekends & special events - stricter rules may apply as mentioned in the itinerary page.
Cancellation by Tripcat
To operate smoothly, a minimum of 10 confirmed travellers is required for group trips.
If Tripcat cancels well in advance due to:
● Low bookings
● Severe weather
● Government restrictions
● Operational / safety concerns
Then:
✔ 100% full refund immediately
✔ Option to reschedule or shift to another trip
Tripcat is not liable for additional personal arrangements like transportation to pickup points or pre-/post-stays.
Refund Processing Time
Where applicable,
● Refunds will be processed within 48 hours, OR
● Adjusted in the next booking as per traveller’s preference
● Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used during booking unless otherwise communicated.
Cancellation Request Procedure
To process cancellations smoothly:
✔ Accepted only via Text / WhatsApp message
✔ Must be sent from the registered mobile number used while booking
This helps us verify requests and prevent fraudulent claims.
No-Show Policy
If a traveller fails to:
Reach the pickup point on time
Not Join the trip without notice
Then:
❌ No refund / No reschedule / No transfer allowed
Delays caused by personal reasons or separate transport arrangements are not Tripcat’s responsibility.
Last-Minute Changes
Changes in traveller details or pickup points are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
